As many of you already know, Hyehold has closed for renovations and is not scheduled to reopen until November. Their former Executive Chef, Chef Rotisseur Austin Dorn, is now Executive Chef with The Fluted Mushroom. While the location has changed, the remarkable cuisine has not. This evening will be extraordinary!
November 16, 2019 . 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM American Academy of Culinary Arts
We are! Spend an afternoon in the kitchens at Pittsburgh Technical College’s American Academy of Culinary Arts creating marvelous hors d’oeurves for the upcoming holidays. You will leave with yummy morsels and recipes to welcome the holiday season. When you hear those words, “the relatives are coming,” these tasty treats will already be in your freezer. It will be a great way to start off the holiday season, knowing you’re ready, (on the food side anyway).
Decisions, decisions… Veuve Cliquot or Moet?

Our second Amicale event was absolutely delightful. If you have not secured a reservation at this marvelous bistro, make sure you do. It is sublime.
