What goes with this? Hop Farm Brewing/Food Pairing

November 17, 2019 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Hop Farm Brewing Company BREWING CASUAL Register HERE

Thanks to the suggestion of Maitre Rotisseur/Chef Tim Fetter, we are off to a marvelous brewing company, Hop Farm Brewing, located in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Lawrenceville. Their focus is on sustainability and local sourcing while producing hoppy ales, farmhouse ales, sour ales and many other interesting brews. Brewer/Chief Executive Hopster Matt Gouwens, will guide us through a wide variety of libations guaranteed to tickle your palate. What about the food pairings? We have that covered with Hop Farm Food Partners, Provision PGH. You may know them from successful residencies in Smallman Galley and Federal Galley. Now on their own, they specialize in Deviating Thoughts on American Cuisine. Non-slip shoes recommended.
